Calgary, AB: I noticed the first posts about people arriving in Lake Louise this afternoon. Tonight we’re headed to the Ranchman’s though for the Ski Louise Stampede Kick Off Party.
Contestants will be treated to cowboy hospitality in a similar fashion to during the Calgary Stampede. If you’re anywhere near, you had better make your way down!
From Lake Louise, ski race action gets started tomorrow with the ski and snowboard cross events at noon concluding with the Stampede Race around 4:45pm.
If you want to come for supper, a few tickets are still available.
