Top Canadian Bronc Riders Featured at Travis Winquist Memorial

OYEN, Alberta — On Friday the top Bronc Riders in Canada will converge on the Crossroads Arena for the Travis Winquist Memorial Bronc Riding. With $20,000 in added prize money, it’s one they won’t be missing.

Some of the cowboys you’ll see compete include, Dustin Flundra, Kyle Thomson, Justin Berg, Rylan Geiger, and Jim Berry all from Canada. You’ll even see Tyrel Smith, Jesse Kruse and Dusty Hauser from South of the 49th.

Stock comes tomorrow from six contractors including the Calgary Stampede, Karl Barrett of Prairie Rodeo, Outlaw Buckers, Justin Twogood, Richards Rodeo and Bar C5. Each firm has five horses in the long go and one in the Short Go.

From event organizer Bart himself, a big thank you goes out to the event sponsors as without you, the event would not take place.
