Calgary, AB: Things have already picked up in the new year with the winter rodeos now in full swing. The PBR’s Built Ford Tough Series and Touring Pro Divisions are also busy with events all over the country going on each week. There’s not much to report this week as all three Canadians didn’t register a score while in Chicago. Next week for them it’ll be Winston-Salem, NC. Before that though is the PBR’s Touring Pro Division Finals in Denver, CO. That starts tomorrow. Tanner Girletz, Tanner Byrne, Tyler Pankewitz, Scott Schiffner, and a few other bull riders from up our way should be there too. I’ll do my best to keep you updated on their status for the next few days.
Rodeo-wise a couple of our bull doggers have been making a bit as you probably already found out if you keep up with Twitter. Straws Milan said he won $1,800 in the Colorado vs. the World event the other day in Denver. His older brother Tanner said he was sitting in good shape in Odessa, TX too. Best of luck to everyone down there for the next couple months!
As for myself, I’ll be heading to Seattle, WA tomorrow for the week to a course by the name of 21st Century Leadership. Since I haven’t been in school since April of 2012, it will be good to do some more formal learning to keep things in my world moving forward. I am sure looking forward to it!
Have a great week everyone!
Ted
