Ponoka, AB: I think this title should suffice as the PBR and Keith Ryan Cartwright use it weekly for the events South of the 49th. This is the final word on the New Years Eve 8 Second Countdown Bull Team Bull Riding. It was the first stop on the PBR Canadian Touring Pro Season. Stop number one on the Canadian Cup Series will take place in less than two weeks now in Ottawa, ON.

To see 400 VJV Slash rode though it the short go was pretty cool. I think he might get rode again now here in the spring. Either that or come back even better. I think we will see him next in Edmonton on the 18th of February at Rexall Place for the Edmonton Invitational.

Back to Ponoka though here Cody Ford talks with me about riding Slash and winning the event on Saturday:

To finish up, Announcer Brett Gardiner and I talk about the event and how we are looking forward to Ottawa, ON as well! We plan to make this a habit for the events we are both at from here out in 2012. So I’d sure like to hear your thoughts and what else you’d like to hear us talk about at the events.

In the mean time this weekend 2011 Canadian Champion Bull Rider Chad Besplug is putting on a bull riding clinic in Claresholm, AB this Saturday. If you are looking to improve your skills and learn from one of the best ever in Canada contact Chad to get there or give me a shout and I will get you connected.

I look forward to seeing you there.
