Strong Cowboy Strength and Conditioning

In the past year or so I have really improved how well I have been doing in the rodeo arena from help from a number of sources. For those of you who know me you probably agree. In August of 2009 I got a strength training and conditioning program made for me directly from Mark Barret of Strong Cowboy. It also came with a pre-ride warm up program. Mark explained to me that they together would help get my body operating at its peak when it needed to before I rode. The first time I used it, it didn’t just work but I even started a great ride with a bull spinning into my hand where previously I had trouble before. Since then I have kept it up and it works great, even if I don’t stay on at least I feel prepared and it gives me a better mind set going in. How many of you are already working with Mark? How many of you have seen what he does already? What Mark does helps you out with before the ride, being warmed up helps you to feel better after too though because by already working the muscles before you get on, they are less sore after. Your muscles also recover quicker when training. Let me know what you all think. And here is another question: What are your pre-competition routines? This can be for any event. I always use visualization it helps to see myself succeeding before I actually ride.

I hope to hear something from you though,

ThanksTS
