Eckville, AB: “Outstanding” was the first word to come of of Rory Patten’s mouth as he told over the phone this afternoon. “We averaged $13,000 on our 25 head of rope horses”
Rory went on to tell that they had a big crowd and the horses worked good.
Two heading horses tied for the top lots of the sale, one nine year old grey and a seven year old buckskin brought $20,000 each.
“It was a great day.” Patten said as he was making hay, taking a break and thinking about getting back to work next week for their next sale in which will be in 2014.
“Jim and I would like to thank everyone involved from the auctioneers to riders in making it such a great success.” Rory finished.
