REGINA, Saskatchewan — The following are the results and highlights from round two of the 51st Canadian Cowboys Association (CCA) Finals held in conjunction with the Canadian Western Agribition at Evraz Place inside the Brandt Center in Regina, SK from November 25th to 29th, 2014.

Bareback: 1. Brady Bertram on Big Country’s Whiskey Drummer, 80.5 points, $1,500; 2. (tie) Clayton Strutt and Linden Woods, 77, $625 each; 4. Monty Koopman, 75.5, $250.

Team Roping: 1. Kyle Chappel/Brady Chappel, 4.8 seconds, $1,500; 2. Scott Sigfusson/Lance Brown, 6.2, $750; 3. TeeJay Boles/Stewart Kinley, 6.4, $500; 4. Clint Weston/Devin Wigemyr, 6.7, $250.

Saddle Bronc: 1. Wyatt Thurston on Big Country’s Mud Pie, 76 points, $1,500; 2. Kirk Thompson, 75.5, $750; 3. Ross Kreutzer, 75, $500; 4. Mike Gordon, 68, $250.

Steer Wrestling: 1. Landon Beardsworth, 4.7 seconds, $1,500; 2. Tim Kemp, 4.8, $750; 3. Justin Kurtz, 5.2, $500; 4. Jordan O’Neill, 5.7, $250.

Steer Riding: 1. Brady Resch, 80 points, $250; 2. Hayden Briggs, 72, $187.50; 3. Arlan Lumigar, 71.5, $125.

Barrel Racing: 1. Angela Mastad, 14.20 seconds, $1,500; 2. Josie Doenz, 14.26, $750; 3. Colby Gilbert, 14.32, $500; 4. Karly Lanz, 14.37, $250.

Jr. Barrel Racing: 1. Hallie Anderson, 14.34 seconds, $250; 2. Ashley Cleveland, 14.47, $187.50; 3. Elizabeth Lukacs, 14.66, $125; 4. Mardi Yarshenko, 14.78, $62.50.

Tie Down Roping: 1. Blaine Switzer, 9.3 seconds, $1,500; 2. Blair Smith, 9.4, $750; 3. (tie) Jarod Nooren and Layne Smith, 9.6, $375 each.

Bull Riding: 1. Lane Morris on Big Country’s Hawaii, Five-O, $1,500; 2. Ronnie Delarue, 79.5, $750; 3. James Bouvier, 76, $500.

Daryl Thiessen took tonight’s bull fight to get back to tomorrow’s short go.

Round three of the 2014 CCA Finals begins at 7:00pm inside the Brandt Center at Evraz Place.
