Denver, CO: Keith Ryan Cartwright of the PBR was able to catch up with 2011 PRCA World Champion Shane Proctor this week at the Touring Pro Division Finals. Even though Shane was unable to compete at the finals he was still crowned the 2011 TPD Champion.
Shane is healing up well though after his wreck in Las Vegas in the 10th Round of this years Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. He expects to return to competition six weeks from now.
