A bull riding, motocross cow riding and trick riding were all part of yesterday’s festivities. Beau Brooks was the afternoon’s champion bull rider picking up $1,800. Of that, he only took home half because he donated the other half back to the cause.
Brooks rode the Prescott bull Flat Out to take the event title with 83.5 points to add to his 76 in the Long Go.
Chase Thielen won that Long Go with a score of 82 points on the black horned Prescott Bucking Bull.
Cow Riding was held between the Long and Short Go. This puts a new meaning to catching knots!
