CALGARY, Alberta — I started this website nearly three years ago now and I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, I’m amazed at how far it’s come. On Sunday, Paige Morgan’s story was the 1,000th post thus far on Everything Cowboy.

When we started out I made sure we had something new up every three days. Then it got to be every other day, then every week day. In between October of 2011 and now only a couple days here and there are missing. Some days there are a bunch of things to post, sometimes it’s a bit tougher to come up with something new and unique.

I’ve got to thank everyone who’s made this site what it is an contributed in some way. First off I’ve got to thank my Mom and Dad for sending me to that course in Orlando to build this whole thing in December of 2010. From there I’ve got to thank everyone who’s been a part of the stories that have passed through, from the contestants in the videos each week to friends and announcers who’ve done interviews, to everyone who’s filmed those videos along the way back when it all got started on a phone too.

Thank you to everyone that’s ever encouraged me on with this site and helped keep me going. Personally I’ve changed since starting Everything Cowboy and got to do a lot of things I never dreamed of doing. Bull riding wise myself, this site has kind of filled a void since I haven’t been competing I’ve still been around things. I did get on a bull again the other day, it made me want to stay on one again, I think it’s time to win a new buckle too.

I’m looking forward to the future and what it is to bring. I’m excited for our sport and glad I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of it.

Thank you to everyone that’s made Everything Cowboy what it is today.

All the best,

Ted
