Milan Picks up Third at Super Shootout

HOUSTON, Texas — Straws Milan tied for third at Sunday’s Rodeo Houston Super Shootout taking home $2,700. Milan’s brothers Baillie and Straws told that he was disqualified in the finals and in their opinion shouldn’t have been.

It’s unfortunate but Tanner was called on a broken barrier back in the third bracket on a call that would have went the other way if the event had been sanctioned by the PRCA.

Scott Schiffner was bucked off his bull, however, didn’t come home empty handed as all contestants from 5th to 10th were paid $1,500.

Champions of the Crown Royal Rodeo Houston Super Shootout were: Kaycee Field, Trevor Knowles, Wade Sundell, Sherry Cervi and JW Harris pocketing $25,000 each.
