New Town, ND: From April 25th to 27th the World Class Bucking Horse Associaton and Professional Bull Riders will visit the 4 Bears Casino Event Center in New Town for the Adrian Foote Memorial Bronc Futurity and PBR.
Bronc Riding kicks things off on Thursday and Friday Nights at 7:00pm. You’ll see bucking horses from six different states and Canada face top bronc riders from as many or more places. Contractors pay an entry fee of $650 to enter three broncs and one bareback horse to compete for $5,000 in added prize money over both events. Cowboys ride for an added prize of $3,000.
Wrapping up the bronc riding on Friday Night is Feature musician Moe Bandy. On Saturday the arena focus is changed slightly to welcome the Professional Bull Riders Touring Pro Division to town for the 4 Bears Invitational. Doors open at six with bull riding starting at 7:00pm.

4 Bears Casino General Manager, Pat Packineau added “We are looking forward to it, we think it’ll sell out. There’s something for everyone here. With these events we are looking forward to showcasing the casino along with the new restaurant and hotel wing we built in October.”
The 4 Bears Casino Event Center holds about 1200 spectators. It’s a multi purpose arena as Pat added saying there have been a number of other big events including the biggest Team Roping event in the area along with PRCA Rodeos. You can’t forget the Ft. Berthold Cowboy Hall of Fame either.
“We want to promote the sport to the youth.” Packineau added when promoting the western lifestyle though these type of events in New Town, ND. “It’s going to be a busy year here at The 4 Bears Casino.”
Tickets for all three nights are $20 per night, tickets are available at the door. Children ten and under are free when accompanied by an adult.

Both cowboys and contractors compete throughout the year at a total of ten events with the World Class Bucking Horse Association to get to their year end finals in Kalispell, MT on October 19th. That event is brought to you as the Cinch Bucking Horse Championships with an added purse of $50,000 for the contractors and $20,000 for the cowboys.
