#EC12of12 – Number 10 “Pozzobon passes Schiffner for CPRA Season Leader Title”

Calgary, AB: Ty Pozzobon had a number of memorable moments in 2012. One that’s got to stand out in his head has to be getting past Scott Schiffner at the final rodeo of the year to win the Season Leader Title in the CPRA. Pozzobon had a number of wins throughout this year. A couple that made a big difference were at the Canadian Rodeo Tour Finals in Armstrong, BC and his win at the Hanna Pro Rodeo.

Thanks to Hell on Hooves and Juxtapose Productions for the footage of both Ty’s rides from Armstrong. His 90.25 on Franklin’s Team Paige was the highest scored ride in the entire CPRA in 2012.

Pozzy won the Hanna Pro Rodeo which gave him that final check to pass Schiffner. Ty also drove himself home a new car thanks to the Hanna Pro Rodeo and the White Lightning Dodge Pro Cowboy Crunch in Oyen series which he won.

It wasn’t all checks and buckles for Ty Pozzobon in his 2012 campaign. He ran into a few wrecks too. Like in round two of this year’s PBR World Finals.

Or in Pueblo, CO at the Built Ford Tough Series Event there.

The bulls name might be “Forget me Not” from the Girletz’s but Ty probably doesn’t remember much of this ride back in January of 2011.

Not to spoil the countdown, but this wasn’t Ty’s only wreck or big ride that’ll be in the countdown. Stay tuned for more to come and number nine tomorrow!
