Canadian Cowboys Association Finals Returns to Regina from November 20 to 24th.

Regina, SK: Come out and experience the finest of Canadian rodeo and agriculture in a dynamic and exciting marketplace this November 19-24th, 2012 at the 42th edition of the Canadian Western Agribition.

It’s that time of year again, what all the cowboys and cowgirl have all been working for, the 2012 Canadian Cowboys Association Finals Rodeo. Over the 2012 season, the CCA, sanctioned 60 rodeos across Canada, from Alberta to Ontario as well as another 13 more that were co-sanctioned. Over $1,200,000.00 was paid out in the season which spanned from November of 2011 until October of this year.

In 2011, the CCA
Finals Rodeo attracted over
22,000 fans. The CWA is already one of North America’s largest and best known agricultural marketplaces. Annually, over 4,100 head of livestock including purebred beef, commercial and dairy cattle, heavy and light horses, sheep, goats, llamas, and bison are on display during the six day show attracting 125,000 visitors.

Agribition also hosts over 800 trade show exhibits featuring agri-business & technology products and services, western arts and crafts, home and lifestyle products.

The successful partnership began in 2005 when the CCA Finals were moved to Regina, SK to be a part of the CWA. The CCA is extremely proud to the headline attraction and will pay out a total of over $150,000 in cash and prizes to 100 contestants over the five day rodeo.

The Canadian Cowboys Association (CCA) is the largest semi-pro rodeo association in Canada. Now based out of Regina, SK, the CCA was founded in 1963 with 60 members. It has now grown to almost 1,000 members across five Canadian Provinces. Many CCA contestants have since gone on to the Canadian and National Finals Rodeo’s.
