SACRAMENTO, California — Tanner Byrne earned 30 points towards the PBR’s world standings after a fifth place finish in round one of the Sacramento Invitational.
Byrne took a bull called Jeepers Creepers to an 86.75 on Friday night moving his season total to 95 world standing points, 36th overall. At this point, Byrne is five points out of a seeded position with the rest of this event and three more left.
Zane Lambert sits 12th in central California at this point after an 84.75 in round one. Lambert has yet to earn any points on the PBR’s Built Ford Tough Series however last year he finished as the reserve champion in Sacramento.
Round one was won by Ryan Dirteater on the same bull he won round one on in Sacramento last year, Houla Hoop. Round two runs tonight at 6:50pm. For more and to watch tonight visit PBR.com
