LAS VEGAS, Nevada — After a great night of bull riding in Round One, we face the rank pen tonight in Round Two. Douglas Duncan will face Bushwacker tonight while Stormy Wing is up against Asteroid. Either guy could ride those bulls. It’s going to be great watching.
JB Mauney made a big move last night while Silvano Alves kept yet another low score. JB has got Smackdown tonight and that’s my bet for the round win.
Matt Triplett who made the craziest bull ride I’ve ever seen last night picked our PBR Canada Bull of the Year, Pound the Alarm, owned by PBR Canada Stock Contractors of the Year, Wild Hoggs Bucking Bulls and Corey Chmelnyk. I think he’s going to ride that bull for a 90 here tonight. Triplett’s effort last night could mean him making the championship round or not when things shake down on Sunday.
Guilherme Marchi picked Tarantino which was formerly known as Butterfly Effect. He might ride him, I’m hoping for another huge bull score there too.
Ty Pozzobon has got Western Hauler. In his last two outs on ProBullStats.com, he’s been ridden for an 88 and 89. This could really set Ty up well for the rest of the week with another score. My money is on him, well not literally as it likely could be in Vegas but still. Maybe I should actually go do that..
Zane Lambert ended up with Big Tex Rocks at last night’s draft. On stage when asked by Cody Lambert what he thought about the bull Zane said he didn’t know him. Turns out he didn’t know the name but Cody said he would once he saw the video. The video was of Tanner Byrne on Foul Play in Stavely last year. I still don’t think anyone has rode this bull but Zane is going to have to tonight if he wants to keep riding at the finals. I think he’s the man that can do it if anyone can.
