Peterson Strikes Again in Prince Albert

Prince Albert, SK: Zac Peterson of Velva, North Dakota has struck once again on Canadian Soil. This time he won the buckle at the Clunie-Cooper Memorial PBR at the Art Hauser Center which took place over the last two nights.

Zac rode the Girletz’s PBR World Finals Qualifier, First Nation Sensation, for an 86 point score in the Championship Round.

Being just ten points away from the PBR’s Built Ford Tough Series Last Cowboy Standing Event in Las Vegas next weekend, this win meant a lot to Zac.

Scott Schiffner uncharacteristically declined a re-ride option on a long go low 66 point score. His big game plan was to get two scores on the board. It worked out well. An 85 point ride on the Skori Bull Smoke Ring vaulted him to a second place finish overall to win over $3,400.

Zane Lambert picked up some more money with his tie for seventh in Prince Albert tonight after and 84.5 on Vold’s Dirty Money

Zane took on VJV Slash for a chance at the title but got rocked too far into his hand too soon.

Tanner Byrne took Prescott’s Propper Ripped to an 84.5 tonight and a chance at the win at his hometown event.

Unfortunately, Tanner came down too early from Wild Hoggs’ Axis of Evil and finished this entry of the event in a tie for seventh.

One of the rankest outs of the evening was Josh Birks facing the Calgary Stampede’s Pawn Star.
