Vermillion, AB: It was a wild night in Vermilion this evening at the Lakeland College PBR Caada event, brought to you by ATB.  Zane Lambert, once again, was at the front of the line to the pay window after an amazing 91 point ride on Calgary Stampede’s Gangis Kong in the short go fort a win of $4,307.  This marks the third win of late for Zane as he starts off 2013 in whirlwind style.

Ty Elliot was not so very far behind on the night, as he rode Body Damage also from Calgary Stampede to an 83 in the long go followed it up with  a 90 in the short go aboard Jakson James from Braithwaite Ranches in the short go for a grand total of $3,692.
It was standing room only in the college arena, as the cowboys competed for $15,385 in prize money.  The night continues on with the beer gadens and socializing, so with no further ado, here are the results.

I had a chance to catch up to Zane after he recieved his buckle.

And here is the ride that earned him tht 91 points.

NO easy feat, and an equally exceptional ride was Ty Elliot, of Nanton Alberta.  One point behind the leader, and hats off to ya bud, exellent ride!

Special shout out to Maximillian Fortmuller, who after over a years hiatus, is back, making the short go with this ride on Back on track Double Down, From Wild Hoggs.  Welcome back Max!

In respect for the boss Ted Stovin, I had to include this ride tht got Steven Turner to the short go. On no other than the bull Everything Cowboy, from the Calgary String.  Here ya go boss!

Last but by no means least, the wreck of the night.  Just coming back from a broken wrist, Jordan Hansen comes down the wrong side, and hangs up to Even Money, also from Calgary Stampede.

Other rides of note before I head to Alumni House, We have…

Cliff Richardson, Long go, 84.5 on Loaded

Jesse Torkelson on South of Heaven for 86.5

Devon Mezei on Butterfly Effect for 87 points.

All in all it was a gret bull riding.  Thanks to Lee Macmillian, and the entire crew at the college.  On behalf of Everything Cowboy, TIM EDGE.
