Gold Eagle Casino PBR Classic Brings the Bulls Back to Battleford

NORTH BATTLEFORD, Saskatchewan – The First Gold Eagle Casino PBR Classic is being held on August 6 in North Battleford, SK.

The event is part of the PBR Canadian Touring Pro Division and will take place at the North Battleford Exhibition Grounds.

The action will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25, kids five and under are free, with all proceeds going to the North Battleford’s Boys and Girls Club. Event producer Corey Chmelnyk said that the Club does a lot of things for the kids and it was his first choice for a donation.

Ticket sales have been moving well and Chmelnyk plans to make the Bull Riding an annual event.

“I think this could be the top bull pen of the year and we have a lot of good riders coming out. Everything is shaping up,” Chmelnyk said.

The event will also feature the entertainment of Crash Cooper who is a big asset to any rodeo event.
