Flying High’s 091 Takes Home The Top Spot at The Friend Futurity

Balzac, AB: The Third Annual Friend Futurity took place this afternoon at the Girletz Rodeo Ranch. It’s an event that helps to promote the bulls of the sport of rodeo as well as see the future bucking stars of our world.

Here are how things went down.

This bull from Ken McGinnis & KS Livestockwas the first one that we really saw buck hard. “051” Checked in at an 81.625

Allen Girletz’s sons Brody & Garrett – Trick for Kicks had their bull score a solid 83

Kelley Armstrong had a good set of bulls out today. Here was his top one with an 83.250

Cheap Skate Ranch’s bull owned by Larry Randal scores an 83.5

Allen Girletz’s bull here just missed winning the event by 1/8th of a point!

The afternoon’s Champion was this Flying High Rodeo Co. Bull “091” which scored 84.875 points.
