Saskatoon, SK: Josh, Tammy, Montana and Nevada Berezay of Magrath, AB and their little black superstar Bucking Fantastic took home top honours as the Bull of the PBR Canadian Finals last night at the Credit Union Center.
“We are just so proud of him, he has such a big heart and never lets too much get in the way of him playing the game.” Josh Berezay said over a text message this evening. “He defiantly knows what his job is, and he likes doing it .”
Brant Atwood picked Bucking Fantastic on night one in the Boulet Boots Ride Off.
Josh and Tammy’s oldest daughter, Montana said not long after. “I always knew there was something special about him because of his awesome personality.”
That awesome personality draws the little black muley to some of the top riders in the sport. Tanner Byrne was that man last night in the Championship Round.
With one PBR World Finals Qualification and now this award under his belt and the second highest score of the year with a 91.5 when he matched up with Stetson Lawrence in Asquith, SK this summer, Bucking Fantastic is on of the best not only in Canada, but all of North America.
On another note, congratulations to the PBR Canada Stock Contractors of the Year, Duane Robinson and Nansen Vold of Vold Rodeo and Triangle X Bucking Bulls. They are the most deserving awards winners ever in this category. It’s not only the two of them either. They wouldn’t be able to do it without the tremendous support from their family. Congratulations again!
Braithwaite Ranches 581 Jackson James was named the 2012 PBR Canada Bull of the Year. He got better and better all year and still only got rode three times. It’s a very deserving award for the big brindle bull. Congratulations to you and your family Todd!
Coming to you from the PBR Canadian Finals in Saskatoon, SK for the final time in the 2012 PBR Canada season for Everything Cowboy and Two Bit Bucking Bulls, I’m Ted Stovin.
Thank you to everyone for an amazing year! I’m looking forward to it all in 2013!
