Las Vegas, NV: By a margin of $73, Trevor Brazile has clinched his seventh consecutive World All Around Championship. This marks his tenth overall All Around Championship and 17th in total. All are records. Congratulations to you Trevor.
The Calgary Stampede’s Bareback Horse Stampede Warrior won the Wrangler Award for the Bareback Horse of the night throwing off Jared Keylon in the process. JR Vezain rode Kesler Rodeo’s Street Dance for an 84.5 to split fourth and fifth for $6,184.
Trevor Knowles won the Round in the Steer Wrestling on Lee Graves’ horse Jesse. He’s right in the mix of the World Championship Race only about a round and a half behind leader Luke Branquinho. Knowles sits second in the average though only four tenths behind leader Less Shepperson. The Steer Wrestling is the closest of any event.
Both Pedro and Eclypce of Wayne Vold’s threw off their riders Chad Ferley and Cody Wright respectively while the Calgary Stampede’s Shoshone Mountain left Sterling Crawley in the dirt.
Lindsay Sears is in tonight at 14.21 seconds and didn’t place. Lindsay sits sixth in the average right behind Mary Walker at fifth. Brittany Pozzi sits in eleventh.
Beaver of the Calgary Stampede threw off Cody Whitney but he was awarded a re-ride.
