Here’s a video that I think I shared last year when it first came out as well but what a better time but now to share it once again to help out the people that keep Canada’s Pro Rodeo Cowboys and Cowgirls on the road.
New this year, after last year’s retirement of Dale Butterwick, anyone requiring an appointment with a Sports Medicine Doctor, or looking for treatment and advice on any injury is asked to call the new CPRSMT injury hotline at 587-215-8852 or email rodeoinjuries@gmail.com
According to CPRSMT member Jill Bruder, the CPRSMT is trying better manage referals to doctors and this will help them follow-up on injures better.
“If there is a central source who knows of all the injuries then we can keep an eye on them and make sure they are getting the proper care through out their rehab and return to sport.” She added.
