2011 PRCA Bull Riding World Champion: Shane Proctor

Shane was stepped on by the Powder River bull Black Attack after being bucked off. He was hung up for a few seconds and the big black bull came down on his left arm breaking it in a couple places. I will have the full report as soon as I see it. As far as I know he will be going home and will require surgery once there. The arm Shane injured was his free are.
