There are quite a few match-ups I like for tonight’s round. To start off with I think that the round win could go to Luke Snyder he’s got the Skori Bull Gingas Kong. The same bull that took Tanner Girletz to an 88 point score to win the Lloydminster, SK PBR back in October:

Tyler Pankewitz had his best showing yet at last weekend’s CFR he’s got another Skori Bull tonight by the name of MindFreak. Pank should ride this bull. It’s the same one that took Prince Albert’s Tanner Byrne to an 88.5 point score and the win in Oyen, AB in July:

Stephenville, TX’s Harve Stewart will ride the Calgary Stampede Bull Edgar my guess is he will be 86 or 87 and Buck Lake, AB’s Ty Patten will be around 85 or so in the Vold Bull Kin Deadly.

As for the 2011 PBR Canadian National Championship I see Zane Lambert making a ride tonight on the Wild Hoggs Bull #58 Back on Track Well Tex. I now know more about the bull Tyler Thomson has tonight after a call from his owners Cody Johnson and Chris Hansen of XL Bucking Stock. #550 Cha Ching is a big spotted bull originally from Ohio that has yet to be ridden this year. He should jump out and spin either way. According to Chris, Tyler should be about 86 on him. But that is probably low.

Saskatchewan Native Dusty Ephrom will also ride the Braithwaite Bull Jackson James in my opinion for about an 86 or higher. I think Zane will get a higher score if he makes is on #58 which used to be known as WhipperSnapper.

Recently crowned Canadian Champion Chad Besplug has the chance to beat everyone tonight though with the bull he drew. Braithwaite’s Norther Lights hasn’t been ridden much from what I’ve seen but with the way Chad has been riding I see him as a great pick for tonight too. He could be in the 90’s on that bull. I wanted to add this picture in as well because I though it better showed how Chad rode this week compared to the one put on the CPRA website. Nothing against anyone there or Mike Copeman for the picture I just think this picture shows how much Chad dominated every bull he rode at this year’s CFR.

Hopefully you have got your tickets for tonight’s show in Saskatoon. It’s going to be a great one.

The even more interesting part of the finals will be the end of the night Boulet Boots Ride Off. The top two scores of the night will face probably the top 2 bulls in Canada:

EKBB341 Unabomber

WVR400 Slash

The highest score if the riders stay on will take home probably $2500 or so. It could be the night someone rides Slash. Who knows really. We will know tonight.

Check back here for results as they come in and on my Twitter and Facebook pages for them as I get them.

Videos to come possibly late tonight or early tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone in Saskatoon.

I would also like to know what your thoughts are on the finals this weekend in Saskatoon. Who are your picks for tonight’s round? Who do you think will win the Finals? What about the overall title?

Do you think my picks aren’t very good? I would like to hear either way!
