Las Vegas, NV: Well it’s my last day here in Southern Nevada and I am ready to come home once again and get to working on 2012. This morning I came across this article though from Lindsay Sears on Facebook. After reading a bit I knew it was something I needed to share.
The good news is that Martha is feeling better than she ever has after the NFR. Dwayne Erickson explains why in his article below and I’ll let him do that.
My side of the story I haven’t seen written about much yet though is what Lindsay told Ted Harbin in a interview. Ted pointed out the fact that Lindsay spent much of the year riding her backup horse Moe. He did much of the footwork on getting Lindsay back to this year’s NFR since Martha was hurt after last year taking her out for 6 months.
All week in interviews Lindsay said she really didn’t think she was going to be back this year. After this years NFR with Martha feeling as she is the two could have next years spot set by the end of the winter rodeos.
